Up-to-date water account information is available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, via the District’s automated telephone system. To access your account information call (909) 595-7554 and listen for the prompt to select automated customer account information. To get started you will need your unique 12 digit customer account number which is located on the top right corner of your billing statement.
Information via Mail
Water service bills are typically mailed to customers once a month. Bills for service are due and payable upon presentation and become overdue twenty (20) days from the date of the invoice.
