Managing and paying your water bill just got easier with the introduction of our online services.

The Walnut Valley Water District, is now offering e-Payment and Customer Web services anytime, any day, 24/7. Customers can now:

  • Make a Payment
  • View Billing Statements
  • Sign up for e-Bill and Go Paperless

Online Bill Payment

You can now make an online payment using your MasterCard, Visa, Discover, debit card, or bank account. All you need to make a payment is your 12-digit account number, found on your billing statement, the balance owed, and your debit card, credit card, or bank account information.

Make your online payment today by clicking the “e-Payment” link below. As another option, you can also pay by simply dialing toll free 1(888) 736-2813 to call a secure automated telephone payment system. Please note that paying your bill online or by telephone with a checking/savings account or credit/debit card will now be at no cost.

Customer Web Services

The “Customer Web” is an online portal that allows customers to view billing statements, sign-up to receive an electronic bill (e-Bill), make a payment, or set-up a recurring payment. To enroll, simply click on the “Customer Web” link below. All you will need to enroll is your 12-digit account number, found on your billing statement, and a valid e-mail address. It’s that easy! There is no fee for accessing and viewing your billing statements or for signing up for e-Bill, or making a payment.

The Customer Web is an online portal that will allow customers to view billing statements, sign-up for e-Bill, or make a payment. Customers can now access information or make a payment 24/7.

 Simply click the “Customer Web” link above and you will be directed to the “Customer Web” log-in page. Once you are on the “Customer Web” site, new customers must click the “create a new account” link to create your log-in and password. Once you have enrolled and signed in, simply add your 12-digit account number to your profile and you will have the ability to view statements, sign-up for e-Bill, or make a payment.

 There is no fee for enrolling in the Customer Web, viewing billing statements, or for signing-up for e-Bill.

No. If you wish only to make a quick payment simply click on the “e-Payment” link above and follow the on-screen instructions. As another option, you can also pay by simply dialing toll free (888) 736-2813 to call a secure automated telephone payment system. The e-Payment option is also available through the “Customer Web”

e-Payment includes any type of electronic payment. The e-Payment options available to our customers include credit card, debit card, or electronic check.

Customers can make an e-Payment through the “e-Payment” link, the “Customer Web” link, or through a secure automated phone system by dialing 1-888-736-2813.

e-Bill is an environmentally friendly and secure way to receive your bill. Once enrolled in e-Bill, you will receive a monthly e-mail message stating that your water bill is ready to view online. You may then log onto “Customer Web” to view your bill. Once you have signed up for e-Bill you will no longer receive a paper bill through the mail.

To sign up for e-Bill you must first enroll in “Customer Web”. Once enrolled you must associate your account with your profile. Once your account has been added you will then have the ability to select the e-Bill option.

All you need to make an e-Payment is your 12-digit account number, found on your billing statement, the balance owed, and your credit card, debit card, or bank account information.

Making an electronic payment online or by telephone is at no cost.

The District is notified “real-time” that a payment has been made and the payment will be posted to your account within one business day. If your account is subject to turn-off, to avoid service interruption, we recommend you call customer service at 909-595-7554 to advise them that you have made an e-payment.
