How to Print
This is a frames-based web site. To print, please do the following steps:
- Click once in the large white area of the page.
- Then Select PRINT from
the File menu.
OR right-click the mouse
(PC users only) in the large white area of the page and select PRINT
from the pop-up menu which appears
Printing Problems
If you have any of the following problems printing pages on this
web site:
- The words in the right margin are cut off .
- The top or side border print instead of the
information on the page.
- The top or side border print in addition to the
information on the page, wasting paper and ink.
you may have failed to click in the
white space. Try printing again, following the instructions at the
top of the page. If this is unsuccessful,
follow the instructions below (PC users only).
- Click once in the large white area of the page.
- Next select PRINT PREVIEW from
the File menu. The web page will display.
- From the Drop-down
menu at the top of that page, select the following option: Only
the selected frame.
- Click the PRINT button.
This is a frames-based web site. The page consists
of a top border, side menu, and information on a white background.
Clicking in the white space typically tells the
computer
to print only that frame which contains the information.
Failing to click in the white space may result in unintended printing
of the top border or side menu. Alternatively, the whole screen,
including menus, may print on one page. This can push the text
to the right
and off the printed
page. If clicking the white space does not solve your printing
problems, then Only the
selected frame can
be manually selected from the Print Preview screen. Please
note that the desired frame must be selected first by clicking
on the white space.
